Privacy
A straightforward approach to privacy.
This notice explains how information is handled through the VLX Security website and its contact form.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization if supplied, selected topic, and message. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Please do not include credentials, sensitive system details, or personal information about other people.
Technical information
The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and technical logs to deliver the site, investigate errors, and protect it from abuse. Contact protection uses a short-lived form token. Where per-address rate limiting is configured, an IP-derived keyed hash is retained briefly in the rate-limit store. The application does not log your form content or email address.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party analytics. The contact form does not require cookies. If tracking practices change, this notice and any necessary choices will be updated.
Service providers
Website hosting and configured email-delivery providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver inquiries. When email delivery is enabled, your form details pass to the email provider and the recipient mailbox. A rate-limit provider may process short-lived counters used for abuse prevention. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept as needed to respond, manage an engagement, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access should be restricted to people who need it for those purposes. No method of internet transmission is completely secure; confidential project material should be exchanged through an agreed secure channel.
Questions and requests
To ask about information you have provided, or request correction or deletion, use the contact page and select “Other.” Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations and may require confirmation of identity.
